Allround Tours was established in March 2000, and is now a leading tour operator for international tourists to South Africa. The business is owner managed, with six years of experience in the South African tourism industry. I am a very proud South African, based in Johannesburg, with extensive travelling experience in South Africa as well as internationally. With a B-Comm. (Honours) degree, I spent many years working in the corporate world, before venturing into tourism, for which I have a real passion. 

Over the last few years I have travelled, studied and gained a lot of new knowledge to qualify as a National Tourist Guide in 2003. By following the principles of being a life long learner, I am continuing my studies of South Africa and its people, to share with my guests, colleagues, friends and associates. 

My personal involvement and attention to detail ensures the success of the tours undertaken. 

Group Sizes:

We specialize in small group tours to South Africa, although bigger groups can easily be accommodated. Each tour is planned around the guest’s needs and interests, and to ensure friendly, safe and personalised attention.

Personalised Itineraries:

South Africa is a large country, with a big diversity of geographical areas, landscapes, people and cultures, places of interest, wildlife, cities and town, and so much more.

A variety of standard and most popular tours are available, covering all areas of South Africa, including lesser known area. But we need to focus on the clients needs. Therefore these itineraries are very flexible and adapted to client’s needs, preferences and time available. Your personalized South African tour is designed based on your requirements and our expertise. 

Transportation and Guiding:

The vehicles are fully registered and insured, and driven by professionally registered drivers. You may prefer travelling longer distances by air and this will be recommended in itineraries. Our Tourist Guides are experienced, professionally registered, with specialist knowledge of the areas being visited. Tourist Guides with specific language skills are also available.

Accommodation:

In the planning of the trips, accommodation is carefully chosen for guests to experience true South African hospitality. This can vary from quality guesthouses, hotels, and lodges. We will ensure that the accommodation is safe, well managed and close to popular attractions and quality restaurants. Should you be interested in any other kind of accommodation we would gladly accommodate it.

Costing: 

Pricing for tours are done on an individual basis, due to needs, interests, preferred accommodation, and time limits of our guests. All tours are costed and quoted in South African currency (Rand).This ensures realistic, value for money quotations. We do not consider exchange rates as part of our costing process.
