Conditions
All tours are undertaken in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Allround Touring,
CK registration no: CK1998 / 15935 / 23, trading as Allround Tours.
Arrangements:
Our quoted tour prices include normal planning, handling and operational charges. They are based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs at the time of booking. A marked change in foreign exchange rates, tourism taxes and levies, fuel costs or tariff rates, may require the tour costs to be subject to revision.
Short Term Insurance Cover:
All vehicles used on booked or purchased tours are insured for passenger liability and public liability in terms of cover confirmed to us at the time of checking.
Additional insurance recommended.
Arrange your traveller's insurance in your country of origin to include:
Protection against trip cancellation or interruption for unexpected medical reasons.
Medical cover for illness or injury while abroad.
Emergency medical evacuation benefits.
Protection against baggage loss, theft or damage.
24-hr assistance anywhere in the world.
A copy of this cover should be handed to the representative of Allround Tours, in order that arrangements can be made to utilize this cover if you are not in a position to do so yourself.
Reservations:
A deposit of 25% is required on booking the tour at which time you will receive your reservation confirmation, invoice and pre-tour documentation.
The remainder of the price of your trip is due 30 days prior to commencing the itinerary.
If your reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure: 5% of total tour price.
59 to 45 days: 25% of total tour price.
44 to 30 days: 50% of total tour price.
29 to 15 days: 75% of total tour price.
14 days or less: 100% of total tour price.
Termination of a tour in progress for any reason beyond Allround Tour’s control will not necessarily result in a refund, and no refund will be made for partially used portions of air tickets or land arrangements.
Claims and Refunds:
Refunds are not made for any missed tour services except for verifiable extenuating circumstances. Please see the following section Limits of Responsibility. A verifiable claim will be considered if it is received in writing within 30 days of completion of the tour and be accompanied by supporting documentation. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual cost of service. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. Allround Tours will not accept any liability for claims that are received outside 30 days of the completion of the tour.
Limits on Allround Tours responsibility:
Allround Tours purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant services and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Allround Tours can not, therefore, be liable for any death, personal injury or other loss which may occur (1) due to any act or omission of such a supplier, or (2) by reason of any other event over which it has no control.
Allround Tours reserves the right to adjust prices without notice, to reflect fluctuation(s) in the Foreign Exchange Markets. Seasonal surcharges may apply to some land arrangements.
Allround Tours also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, to refuse to accept or retain as a member of the tour any person at any time, and to pass on to tour members any expenditure or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Errors and omissions excluded.
